Excellent Auto Transport was great. Highest rating possible....Sonia my broker was sweet very efficient, open and honest. I was not sold through high pressure, I made my decision based on her calm, trusting approach. The price quoted was fair because I had several quotes. There was several calls to make the arrangements, most calls went direct, the few that went to voice mails were returned very quickly and promptly.
I made the deal in the morning and the car was picked up in the afternoon, exactly as Sonia said. The car is back in NY in one week which is exactly what i needed. I did not have to panic or chase anybody. There was good communication with the trucker and the trucking company as well.
Highly recommend Excellent Auto.
