Great customer service over the phone with both Lori and Michelle. I really felt that they had my best interests in mind when making the preperations to get my vehicle transported, they are very articulate and polite. I'm sure Evergreen is proud to have these two on their payroll.

I did some research on line to determine price and was satisfied with with what I was quoted over the phone, which was quite a savings compared to other companies offering the same service.

In all it was a good experience except I was somewhat disappointed with the driver not calling me to give an update with his ETA.
