Evergreen was not the least expensive of the quotes I received but were the most prompt at responding to my inquiry. They did require prepayment which was not a problem as most others take payment on delivery and require a certified cheque which can be a pain. I received a call from Ashley about a week after payment inquiring if I was interested in paying an extra $50. dollars as they had a carrier. I declined and was contacted again, after a couple of weeks, with news that a carrier had been found and would pick the bike up. The carrier called me the day before pick up and advised me that the pick up may be late due to mechanical problems. The seller informed me they had also contacted him. The bike was picked up on the next scheduled day and loaded. The seller informed me the driver was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job securing the bike, being careful to avoid the tie downs rubbing on the fairing and other painted parts. The delivery was on time. The only hiccup being he did not have my cell phone number and was unable to contact me. He was able to contact the rental office at my apartment who in turn called me. The driver accepted her signature at my request and left the bike at my garage and the keys with the office. Most importantly, the bike arrived in excellent condition without a mark on it except some rain spots. I've moved four times in the past twelve years and this the first time a bike has made it unscathed. Excellent work.
