2 1/2 months after the contracted date, the vehicle never shipped. I now have to find another carrier. Complete run-around, I would NEVER recommend this company. I am active military and relied on a company to help with a cross country move, their info will also be provided to US Navy HHG/PPO personnel. AVOID and save time!
