I was double billed and they won't refund. They charged me for the full trucking amount and didn't pay the actual carrier company who wouldn't release the car until i paid them in person. Now no response from Auto Movers of NY. Total scam! My $830 quote cost me $1600, plus the car was weeks late. Each time they said they would take care of why it was late or why the carrier was not paid they said they would deal with it and they did nothing.

They are also not in good standing with the NY BBB, like their web site states.
