I had a short time window of 2 days for pick up, yet they were able to do the pick up. The pick up time was not a set time due to the short notice and time window, but Will the driver kept me informed of the time frame, because of traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Will was very professional, friendly and knew the bunnies . Truck was clean. Drop off was perfect too. I would use ez transport again, they were able to deliver my car with no issues. I am very pleased.
