I am new to the auto shipping game to say the least. I called some companies to get some quotes. After all said and done I went with E Z AUTO MOVERS. Great contact the first 20 mins until they received my deposit, now it's as if they don't exist. I have been told the few times I have spoken to JOE that 2 different companies will be getting my truck and that they would call me right back with the info. (still waiting JOE) Truck was available for pickup 04/05/07 not one time have THEY called ME. Today is Fri the 13th I called the office again the lady said JOE would be back in thirty mins this was 4:57 and guess what they close at 5:00 on Fri. How lucky am I. I also asked for my deposit back and that was a big fat NO WAY Admin fees she said. In no way did she try and help me or my situation, just sorry no money back and the GHOSTLY JOE will call you back. This has been an absolute nightmare for me. I am sure all the movers out there aren't like this. I had a guy from Angels I think the name was and he broke it all down for me very nice guy. If the price they quoted was not going to get it done then TELL ME UPFRONT ya know then I can decide from there, just not after the fact. I am an easy guy to get along with but #@! this has put me in a spot. Never to old to learn about people I guess so I will chalk up another one. People just do your research and choose wisely. cheapest is not always the best. But these guys WILL NEVER BE THE BEST AND ALWAYS BE CHEAP ! ! ! ! !

We returned the $100 to the Customer. The Customer wanted to bargin and it wasn't the right price we took it because he asked us to try for him. We couldn't get the job done at the price. Customers have to understand that you need to pay the Carrier what they want, not necessarily what the customer wants to pay.
