A guy called Steve contacted me almost every day before I signed the contract, and promised that my car will be picked up on 4/18 or 4/19, but he did not contact me and no trucks showed up to pick up! Then I sent him email and called him, noooo response!! everytime I call him, a lady will screen me out and told me either Steve is not here today, or Steve is out for lunch, or they have some meeting and asked me call back again! 5 days later of the scheduled pickup date, I finally get it canceled by talking with a guy called Joy, now I am waiting for my money back!
They have bring me so much trouble!
Just keep away from them.
