Nevr in my years of shipping cars have I been lied to so many times by any company. The rep, Mark Robin continued lie, about pick up, deliverly and most important the cost, charging $300 dollars instead of the agreed to price of $200 which was greed to in a E mail from him.
Also he told me at 1:00 the driver was in the area and would be picking up the car shortly.This was a short haul and would take about 2-1/2 hours. 173 mile trip. He, Mark called over 6n times, everytime he called we talked and I mentioned the totall cost of 2 hundred dollars. I was on my way to dinner and he sent a contrat (?) tomy cell phone whichI signed (with outreadingbecasue of the 1/2 dozen calls we had. Well no deliverely , went to bed at 10;00 and got a call at 10:30 the driver was on US 1 Hobe Sound. I got outof bed, my myniec here and she gave me a ride to the deliverlyarea. and we omnloaded to car off a a 1 car trailer (i/ler ;?) which I though was ridiculous. Hande the drive the $200 + a $20 dollar tip. hesaid the bill was $300. Said no, $200 was the agreed to total charge. Call "MARK' and he said it was $300 with all the fees which I never agreed to and ever have a e-mail with $200 "ALL-inclusive price" clearly definded. dated Dec 6th, 2023, 9:04 AM from Mark Robin.
Gotindo heated discussion with him, his boss agreed to refunding me a $100. Gave them my AMX card for the refund as agreed to, and Mark didn't give me the refund but actually chaged my card for another $70.
