Worked with Roy and paid for 2 cars to go to Arizona from Florida. He was great until we paid. He found us a driver and said he was great and would deliver in 5-7 days. It took 10 days. The driver told us he let the broker know before agreeing to take the cars that he had to stop in Miami and wait for a load. Roy then lied to me during that time telling me they broke down and needed maintenance. Driver confirmed that this was planned maintenance at their mechanic. Completely avoidable. He refused to provide the contract or help with reimbursement for rental cars. Dont use DoortoDoor.
