Our vehicle was lowered, custom and non-operational at the time of transport. The company was average price, however the time for pick up and delivery was above par compared to competitors. The car was delivered early without damage. Overall, the transport went smoothly as expected. We still rate at 5 stars, but had a hiccup with the payment. Apparently you have to pay the "driver" the difference of what you owe and not the transport company. No one told us this initially, but no problem, just would have like to been informed. Again, overall, great experience.
