We found Nova to be very pleasant and professional throughout the process. Although there was some delay in identifying a carrier due to deamnd and the size of our vehicle, once Nova was advised of the delay she expended considerable effort in arranging for a carrier and expediting the process.

I had also made earlier enquiries through other brokers but found that when the actual time for shiiping arrived they changed their quote and/or their availability. This was not the case with Domestic
