Extremely satisfied and will be happy to recommend to friends and family. The pick up was timely, the driver was extremely helpful as also professional. We had no problems with their customer service. My original booking was with Amerifreight and my vehicle sat for 10-12 days with out being picked up instead every time their price went up saying the driver asks more than committed, getting frustrated, finally I called Direct express and they did the pick up the day I called them.
