Our outstanding record speaks for itself. This customer got a good deal, or so she thought, on a car located in the middle of the Appalachian Mountains near West Virginia and Maryland. Hard to fill up a carrier quickly and ship anywhere from there. The dealership understood that because it happens to them all the time. We contributed $50 more toward a driver (because we are nice). Still did not work, so we refunded the deposit.
Over 90% of our vehicles ship within one week. But not in the Appalachian Mountains.
We wish Lillian lots of success in all her future endeavors.
