We were extremely satisfied with the driver's customer focus and communications during the transport process. We drove the car to a pickup location (Home Depot parking lot in KC) and it was delivered to the Bay Area Mid-Peninsula to a parking lot where our son picked up the car. Door-to-door delivery would not have been a reasonable expectation on our part, since the SF Bay Area is so traffic-congested. This review would have been submitted even if no compensation was offered. We are very satisfied with this automobile transport service.
