I am writing this review as I was approached by the company to provide an objective review and that they would be willing to compensate me a token amount to take the time to do so. However, I want to say that I do not want the funds as I want all readers to know that my review is not influenced by the amount and I believe that transporting an auto is very complicated, not that moving an car is complicated but finding a transport company that actually answers the phone, calls you back, does what they say they will do is very hard.
Now, I was very apprehensive, especially after going online and reading all the negative reviews about almost all of the companies had them including this one. But I gambled, that the percent of dissatisfied customers against the total comments appeared less and I was very fortunate; the auto was picked and dropped off on the day they said.
While auto brokers are at the mercy of their transport companies, these guys appear to have their act together, perhaps they have been culling out the non performing drivers - but while you should keep them honest, this company should get on your short list as a potential mover - good luck.
