Worst Auto Shipping Experience EVER!!

This was the auto shipping nightmare from HELL! Gross incompetence, negligence and outright misrepresentation define my experience with Dependable Auto Shippers! I still don't know the full extent of the damage to my classic 1932 Rolls-Royce automobile. When I first contacted DAS for enclosed shipping of my classic car, I was told the ONLY TIME it would be outside was when a flatbed truck picked it up from its location in Scottsdale, Arizona to take it to the DAS terminal in Phoenix, and then again when it was on a flatbed from the DAS terminal in Troutdale, Oregon to my location in Portland. While it only takes one day to go from Phoenix to Los Angeles and then another day and a half or two days from L.A. to Portland I understand that transport is not instant, nor without delays but after three weeks of delay I found out that they had simply kept my beautifully restored but fragile classic car outside in a yard fully exposed to the harsh Arizona sun, weather and ultraviolet light for the entire time! The representation that the car would be enclosed or inside was a bold face lie! I have yet to see the car so I don't know the extent of the damage it sustained but certainly some is inevitable. It took two days of phone calls, emails and cajoling to finally get them to admit that they had no idea when they'd be able to deliver it so finally I had to get them to return the car to me so that I can contract with a proper, reliable and professionally run transport company to get the car to me (and the one I found is nearly $400 cheaper too!) I'm hoping that the refund of my money will go a little easier - I have no reason to trust them though. Their customer service people refused to return calls or offer any real help. AVOID by all means!!
