Dropped off my vehicle in CA on 6/8....not picked up until 6/16....Charles Beaty lied about driver availability and when it would be picked up...twice! Once it arrived in Frankfort, IL (12 days after it was dropped off) which is 4 hours from my home, I was advised it would take a week to get it to me. Had to get a ride to Frankfort IL to pick it up. Just a horrible experience. They deal in numbers....book as many transports as possible without caring whether it is a good experience or not. Dependable is a joke of a name for them! Stay away unless you want a miserable transport experience. I have used several other companies in the past and these guys are the worst!!!
