When my truck was dropped off in WA, my tonneau cover was in perfect condition without any damage or missing pieces. When it was dropped off in KS, it was damaged beyond repair and missing crossbars. I am currently in the Army and was stationed in Korea at the time my truck was dropped off at its destination here in Kansas. I assigned my cousin to sign for my vehicle but he did not know the condition of the tonneau cover. He was under the impression I shipped the cover that way but I didn't. My tonneau cover to my Dodge Ram was missing 2 support bars and the main support bar in the rear so it is completely useless without them. The cover was also ripped in a few places and is beyond repair. My truck arrived with the tonneau folded up in the rear of the truck like it was a piece of garbage. I am highly upset about this situation and I will not recommend DAS to anyone for any shipping needs.
