I paid additional money for insurance for my car to be shipped from PA to CA. Upon arrival in CA, this company did not perform an inspection. The engine pan on my Volvo S40 had been cracked during shipment. I did not know and was driving it for a week while oil leaked out of it. My car's engine light popped on and within 10 miles, the engine froze. The dealer where I took it claimed that had to have been the shipping of my car that caused it. The engine on my car had to be replaced (over $7500 in repairs). I filed a claim with DAS who denied it and gave poor customer service. It was very upsetting! Dependable was anything but dependable!
