I was not present but my wife was there for the pick up. The driver was polite to my wife and was on time almost to the minute. The transprt truck was clean and the transaction from paper work to loading was done in a timley manner. Again I was not present upon drop off. The car was delivered to my parents house. It was delivered one day early. It actually beat me so my wife had her car when we arrived. The car was cleaned ands washed upon drop off. No hidden fees and the driver stayed in contacted througout the trip. Overall a very good experiance with this company.
