I was very nervous about shipping my car cross country. I had been going through a lot and my move was a personal move. Cassandra answered all of my questions and pretty much walked me through the entire process. My car is a BMW 750li. Its white and it looked great upon delivery. Although it is a personal car (not of the showroom floor) it looked clean. I was very pleased
