Ron at Creative Rides was recommended to me by a friend, as I needed to move my car to another state. I talked to Ron about what I was looking for, and told him I did not know the exact moving date yet. Ron clearly explained to me the process of car transport as I had never moved a car this way before. He gave me a very reasonable quote and assured me that, just let him know once I knew the exact date.
Couple weeks later, called Ron again about the date I set for moving my car. Ron was able to accommodate the date without any issues.
One day before the moving date, I got a message to confirm the upcoming event and the status of the moving truck. On the moving day, I was notified that the truck was running late and I should get a message from the driver when he was approaching.
When I finally got a call from the driver at around 5PM, asking me if I could drive the car to a parking lot of a nearby shopping center, with a little bit of frustration since I was very busy handling other business, I told the driver that I really could not leave the location at this moment and he had to come to the pickup address, then hung up the phone. Around 30 minutes later, I got another call from the driver saying they were at my location. When I looked out, I found out there were 2 guys standing on my driveway. The drivers, Konstantin and Andre, walked all the way from the shopping center to my place! Only after they drove my car away, I realized that the car hauler must be too long to come into my community.
I discussed the issue with the contact at delivery location, trying to find a large enough parking space nearby so that Konstantin and Andre could safely move their long truck into. Both of us agreed that the best solution might be just waiting for their coming and informing the location where they parked their truck.
Two days later, both my contact and I got messages from Konstantin, notifying that the car should be coming the next day for delivery. The very next day, my contact got a call from Konstantin, saying the car was on driveway. My contact opened the door and found out that Konstantin was standing right beside the car on the driveway. Later on, my contact told me that, after the delivery, Konstantin was walking alongside of the community road. The nearest place, to safely park a car hauler we knew of, was near the entrance of the community, which is about 2 miles away!
The whole experience was incredibly unforgettable. Thank you so much, Konstantin, Andre, and Ron!
