I found you company on the web. However I had already called several other companies to obtain a qoute, For shipping a one ton van to San Juaan PR. What a difference one phone call can make. Other companies put me on hold for very long periods of time, And I still never heard from a couple of them. So thanks Kim for being the best on the web. Kim gave me a qoute very quickly and after we comfirmed the order with my client, we had to push the date back several times because we were adding equipment to the vehicle. Kim was always understanding and kind when giving me a new pick up date. But thru out the entire process and was really impressed by the way she called and emailed me regularly to ensure that everything was going well. Being in customer service myself it's just great doing business with other companies that delivers the best customer service.
