First of all, yes, Malia is as pleasant and helpful as everyone says. She answered my questions as best she could and I believe she tried hard to get my car on a truck quickly. Therefore, I don't blame her for my bad experience.

Here is why I gave an overall less-than-average rating: the initial shipping quote I got for $1050 was absolutely meaningless! I paid $300 more and my car was picked up 2.5 weeks after it was available. Don't bother quoting me a number if you can't ship my car for that number!
No hard feelings, but Cascade did not adeqately come through on the deal we agreed upon, therefore I cannot in good conscience give them a favorable review.
