Firstly, this company won't call you 50 times a day promising a great deal while offering a ridiculously high rate; that alone is a welcome difference between them and others. They're one of two companies - out of about two dozen that offered me bids - that didn't leave a million annoying voicemails and e-mails.

Cascade didn't end up shipping my car because of my very tight schedule and low budget, which combined with the holidays made it so no drivers accepted the bid. It was clear, however, that the company did everything in their power to make it happen. Diane was patient in explaining the process to me and following up each step of the way, calling regularly with updates and making sure I had realistic expectations. She went above and beyond. I will go back to the company if I ever need to ship a vehicle.
