Overall, the service was good. My car was picked up and sent the day it was suppose to. The problem I see is that they have too many contacts and it is easy to feel insecure when you don't really know who you are talking to. I talked to four different people on the course of my delivery. The driver who did the final delivery was a bit confused with hours and told me 3 different times he could delivery my car.When I finally chose one, he called me 5 hours earlier to make the delivery.
