After driving our first car to our new home my wife and i decided to ship our second car and save ourselves the wear and tear. After reading reviews on this site I contacted Cascade and Jeff was very helpful in determining the best day to be first available to fit my schedule. I needed to arrange to leave the vehicle at a friend's house and Jeff and his team coordinated the pick up with them in a very professional manner. The vehicle arrived a bit dirty (as would you if you were outside in the elements for 7 days) but otherwise in fine shape. We would definitely use Cascade again if the need arose.
