At first, I was a little reluctant to use an auto transporter because there was so many out there I didn't know who to choose and which one to trust. I contacted many transporters/brokers out on the internet, but the one who was most responsive and friendly was Kimberly at Cascade Vehicle Shipping. She set my mind at ease and I knew right from the outset that this was a good person/good company to deal with.

I made my reservation three weeks in advance to have my vehicle picked up on September 1, but no later than September 2. We were driving the vehicle from Vancouver, British Columbia to Seattle, Washington and from there we wanted our vehicle to be transported down to the Denver, Colorado area. Kimberly communicated with us either through voicemail or email to let us know when our vehicle was going to be picked up by the transporter. We were fortunate to have our vehicle picked up early on August 31 in the Seattle area because we happened to make our way down South from Canada early. The actual transporter (Wolf Creek Trucking) was also very friendly and always communicated with us as to when our vehicle would be picked up and when it would be delivered. The whole process was very smooth, way beyond my expectations.

I would recommend using Cascade Vehicle Shipping (and Kimberly) and I would use them again if I have another move. In the long run, it made more sense for us to transport our vehicle (as long as things go smoothly schedule-wise). We didn’t have to put anymore wear and tear on the vehicle than we had to and we didn’t have to spend money on lodging and meals during a long road trip. The only drawback I had was waiting around for the transporter to call us when he was ready to pick up or drop off. We basically had to plan to leave the day free to cater around the schedule of the transporter. That was fine with us; we didn’t mind waiting around for the driver. He gave us a couple hours heads-up anyway. I figure that is the nature of this transporting business anyway.

This was a great experience from the beginning. Thank you so much to Cascade and Wolf Creek Trucking.
