My experience was excellent. Called the order in on Tuesday morning for earliest pick up the next day enclosed. Jeff called me that afternoon saying they had a driver. The driver called to make sure it was OK and and picked up the car that night! Received the car undamaged a week later...a day ahead of the estimated delivery. I did not follow up on the rebate for several days and Jeff called me twice to make sure all was fine and I filed for the rebate! That is excellence!! Thank you Jeff and Cascade!
