Outstanding customer service. Jeff was very informative in explaining the shipping process, and pricing structure that other brokers use. I was impressed with his knowledge, and customer service attitude. He maintained contact with me several times prior to the vehicle being picked up by the actual carrier, and upon its delivery. I will use Cascade Vehicle Shipping again in the future if the need arises.
