This is the first time I've used a service to ship a vehicle and I was completely satisfied. Adriana was right on the case from beginning to end . The dealership where the vehicle - in this case a golf cart - was picked up and the carrier who delivered it were both impressed by the attention to detail and the followup assuring everything went according to plan. Cascade and Adriana certainly get 2 thumbs up for a positive experience.
