Very happy with the service Brenda provided. The only thing I would have to say is that she was to contact us the day before the truck driver is to deliver and she did not call us. We had to contact the trucking company directly to obtain an update only to find the delivery was going to be late due to the truck breaking down in transit. However, Cascade was very apologetic and made every attempt to correct the situation. I would certainly use them again for another booking providing they did not use the same trucking company again.
