My Volvo was delivered in very clear condition in a clean truck by a well seasoned vehicle shipping trucker who was polite, friendly and proficient. I was so relieved since I envisioned damage or a possible change in amount due. Instead, the driver confirmed the owed amount prior to arriving and didn't even want to accept a tip saying it was too large. What a refreshing experience.

Cascade had trouble finding a trucker for the first week but found this great guy after increasing the amount quoted by $40. I even suggested raising the fee to entice a shipper since the original quote was quite low at $376. Kimberly took over my shipment order since my original contact was out of office most of the time. Once I started working with Kimberly, all went well and the order transpired quickly and smoothly. I would recommend Cascade and ask for Kimberly.
