We are very pleased with the shipping and had a great experience with our agent Kimberly. Kimberly is very knowledgeable and reliable. From the beginning, she gave us a reasonable quoto and tried to arrange the best possible way to fit the time frame. She had someone pick up the car from the San Jose area and then shipped it to the Long beach port (in order to meet the time for pick up). She took care of everthing and informed us via e-mail. Every time we had question or concern, she responsed promply. On our pick up date, everything went very smoothly.
