This was my first time having my vehicle transported, let alone all the way up to Alaska. Kim was extremely helpful with arranging pick-up and payment, even though I was not at origin location. My parents (who were at the pick-up location) were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the drivers, as well as the quality of the transport truck. I was also impressed with how Kim would continually update me with the progress of my vehicle as it traveled across North America.
Overall, I have nothing negative to say, and I would most certainly use Cascade Vehicle Shipping again.
