After having booked my auto transport with another company and have been waiting for 8 days to pick up my car I decided to call Cascade after reading all the good reviews. I spoke with Kim and I told her my dilemma, I was leaving for Florida in a few days and needed my car to be transported quickly. She was very friendly and understood my problem. She told me she was gonna see what she can do. After hanging up the phone nearly 5 minutes later she calls me back with a driver who was willing to pick up my car the next morning! I was very surprised at how fast she was able to find a driver. She kept in contact with me thru phone calls and emails on the status of my vehicle. My car was delivered on time and I had absolutely no problems. I was very happy with the service. I am definitely recommending this company to family, friends or just about everyone. I received great, friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
