I called Cascade on August 7 to schedule the transport of my Honda Element from Massachusetts to California. I spoke to Novella, who was extremely knowledgeable & friendly. My pickup timeframe was August 13-20, and she gave me a quote of $1375.
Novella called me back two business days later on August 11 to tell me she found a carrier, Freightport Inc. She negotiated a rate with them, and the final cost went up a tiny bit, to $1385. Freightport picked up my car on August 14 XXXand I was surprised and elated to see that it would be transported in a covered semi-trailer! My car was delivered on August 21, the day I arrived in Los Angeles, and it didn't have a single scratch or speck of dust on it. All of my personal belongings that I had stored in my car arrived safely too.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received! My car was shipped safely and securely, with no damage or dirt whatsoever. And the price was $200 less than other quotes. Novella really took good care of me and was an absolute joy to work with XXXI never had a single worry. Thank you, Novella! I would definitely use Cascade again. I found them to be extremely honest, reliable and professional.
