Order placed nearly a month before move and quoted at $1310 with a 2 day window for pick-up. I called a few days prior to move to confirm and was told no transport company had picked up order yet. Vehicle finally picked up 2 days late and had to have a neighbor hand keys over being I had already moved. Ended up having to pay $1550 ($240 more than quoted) because I was told transport companies wouldn't pick up vehicle for quoted price.
When vehicle arrived it was filthy with road dirt, but also had some type of oil or grease dripped over it from carrier or other vehicle loaded above it.
Was told on original call I could pay w/credit card. However my CC was billed for $200 by Cascade but when carrier called a day before delivery he stated he needed the remainder $1350 in cash. It took some doing but I was not at all expecting to need that much cash on that short notice.
Very disappointed with this experience and would not use Cascade again!

360-853-2806 Jon cannot guarantee specific dates ,the carrier's are not able commit to transporting a vehicle until a few days before they are actually going to be near the pickup location, and if no carriers are in the area at the time you want your vehicle picked up we obviously cannot get you on a truck until someone with space available is coming through ( the average being one to seven days). Quotes from all companies are estimates and no rate is final until a carrier accepts the pay being offered and if a carrier requires more money for a specific route then we have to get approval from our customer. Payment arrangements were discussed upon placing your order, sent via email in our Terms and Conditions and emailed again upon dispatch .Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
