From the phone call to Malia to the actual delivery eveything went so smoothly. I had heard horror stories online about other agencies and after I talked with Malia, I felt confident that everything would go smoothly and cost less than the other companies.She was open and honest and did not try to be underhanded about anything.... I called in the beginning several times with concerns and with worry but I was put at ease and felt I could call anytime to discuss anything I was worried about. There were SO many companies to choose from and I am so GLAD I found this one!
