We did not have very good service in receiving information on the progress of assigning a trucker.

We were assured that an upfront charge would not be made until the vehicle was loaded on the truck. However, the total charge was made to our credit card before the vehicle was loaded. This charge was reversed, but not for several days.

A trucker was assigned who did not come when we expected and we were not informed that he would not be coming. A second trucker was assigned who was very good. He arrived to pick up the vehicle when he said he would come and actually delivered the vehicle ahead of schedule.
