This was the first time I have shipped my car I was scared after reading all of the horrible stories on what can happen. I felt at ease with Malia, she told me exactly what to expect and explained everything to me. She always returned my calls and had my car picked up in 2 days. I would use Cascade again. Thanks Malia.
