Excellent Experience - LA to Philly

I had a very good experience with Cascade Vehicle Shipping. The customer service representative that helped me, Malia, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. This was main reason I chose Cascade over other transporters, because the customer service seemed so much friendlier, professional, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with her. The cost of transporting our vehicle from Los Angeles, CA to Philadelphia, PA ended up being quite a bit less than initially quoted, which was a nice surprise. Our vehicle arrived in the same condition it was taken in, but it did arrive a couple days earlier than anticipated. This caused us to scramble to find someone to receive our vehicle in Philadelphia (since we were not in town yet), but this was the only aspect of the whole thing wasn't excellent. And really it wasn't that big of a deal since we were able to find someone. For most people, receiving their car earlier is probably a good thing. Overall my experience with Cascade was excellent and I recommend them.
