Malia was great although the first driver never showed up and I was not called, the building where my Mother used to live called to let me know the car was still in the parking lot. I found out the day it was to be delivered. Another company came and brought the car a couple of weeks later. I inspected the car as best as I could but noticed the next day that there was a piece of plastic bumper hanging down under the car. I called immediately and was told it was to late, had to be done in front of the driver at time of delivery. When I received me credit card bill I was double charged, so I had to make another call to get the credit to my card. Malia was the only good thing I can say that went smoothly although I don"t understand why she did not know why the car wasn't picked up and why I was charged twice, someone should have checked to make sure I was not charged the first time.
