After using a "shot-in-the-dark" Yellow Pages reference, my experience with Cascade Vehicle Shipping was nothing but completely satisfactory, from the friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful customer service rep, Kayla Morales, to the more-than-prompt and pleasant driver from Regan Transport. The day after I called, my car was picked up as scheduled in Syracuse, New York, and delivered in perfect condition - a day earlier than promised - to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for a rate less than half of what several other companies quoted (including AAA). Though not the lowest bid, Cascade's was by far the most responsive and reassuring. If faced with this predicament again - a completely disabled auto hundreds of miles from home - I now know the quickest way to "peace of mind" would be to make Ms. Morales my first and only call.
