Cascade Vehicle Shipping were great to work with. They made the process easy by coordinating communication between the drivers and both the people at the pick up & delivery location. Jake was prompt in returning our phone calls - even on a Sunday. He called us throughout the process to make sure we were aware of what was going on and to answer any of our questions. The drivers were a little late in picking up our car on the east coast and still managed to get our car to us on the west coast two days early and in great condition. We were flexible on time, so less than two weeks to find a transporter seemed reasonable given door to door service. Auto Star was the transporter that accepted the Cascade bid.
