After scheduling a pickup date, I had to move the pickup date back 1-2 days. Each day, I was told I would be contacted by the truck driver, and for 4 days I heard nothing from the driver. The company contact, kate Winters, was VERY GOOD at staying in touch, both by phone and email. She kept telling me the drivers/companies were busy, and unforeseen delays sometimes happen. I was getting very uncomfortable by the fourth day, but sure enough the driver contacted me, showed up to pick up the car up on time, and delivered it on the other side of the country exactly the day and time he said he would. Overall, a fine experience. Four stars, not five, due to being told I would be contacted and wasn't until 4 days in. I come to find out, that's the kind of business this is, but YES, would ABSOLUTELY use this company again, they were honest, up front about everything , and their price was one of the lowest I found.
