To start with, I had a very bad experience with another car shipping company called "Universal Transport Service" (www.MyUniversalTransport.com): in the early part of June, I signed a contract with that company for them to ship my Lexus from California to Virgina on 6/28. Then they never called to confirm the pickup (which supposedly was to happen a day before the pickup), and they never showed up on 6/28, either. They didn't even answer my numerous calls - even after I left numerous messages for them to call me back, they never did. (The joke is, recently about a month later, that they charged me for the deposit of $195 on my credit card, which I am currently disputing through the credit card company.)

Then I decided to contact other companies about the shipment. After the initial contact with a couple of companies, I quickly decided to talk only to Tye (Huynh) of Cascade Vehicle Shipping Inc., which brought a whole new experience to me: Tye is knowledge and most of all, professional. He explained to me how the system works, he described to me what he does to ensure the quality of the entire process, and to ensure customer's satisfaction. He also told me that because of the excellent service he provides, he already received hundreds of 5-star rating from his past customers.

I decided to use this company. Everything went smoothly, just was he described. After I gave him a green light to proceed, within 3 days he called me about a driver heading from California to Virginia. The following day the driver showed up, on time, to pick up the car; 7 days later the car showed up in Virginia for me to pick up.

The whole process was very professionally done. No hassle added to the already stressful moving ordeal!

If anyone wants to have his/her car shipped across the country, and if that person wants a hassle-free, headache-free experience, I would strongly recommend this company!
