When I made my decision to have my vehicle transported, I went online to find a transport company. After checking a few web pages I came across an article that talked about using a transport broker. I then changed my search to look for a broker and came across Cascade Vehicle Shipping. After reviewing a couple of pages of reviews, I contacted them to discuss shipping my brand new truck. Sarah was the person who answered the phone when I call Cascade and provided the original estimate for transport. I waited about two weeks before I decided to ship by truck and I called Cascade and talked to Sarah again to start the process. This was on a Thursday afternoon, and by Thursday evening, I was contacted by the transport company and my truck was loaded that very same evening. Five days later I picked up my truck. I would use this company again, even though I think that not every shipment goes this quickly. Thank you Sarah.
