My car was transported from Florida to California.The car was picked up on time and delivered early.The driver was well spoken and polite and called well in advance to confirm delivery time. I had called other shipping companies before calling Cascade, But it was the superior customer service from cascade that made me decide to choose them. They were knowledgeable,honest,and friendly. I have heard nightmare stories about shipping companies before. But with Cascade,I could not have asked for a better/worry-free experience.
